Brian K. Walker serves eBusiness & Channel Strategy Professionals and specializes in how businesses can best use technology to drive results. Tony Terranova is the Senior Director for Optaros’ On-Demand Product Strategy and has over 20 years of experience in the digital marketing, software, web 2.0 and high tech market space.  He has been directly involved in introducing new innovative products to the Global 500 market.   At Optaros, Tony has responsibility for the product roadmap and overall product strategy for OCentric, the company’s flagship on demand product suite.  As such, Tony is playing a key role in implementing Optaros’  social commerce strategy.  



Kent Zimmerman is a Senior Director of eCommerce at Optaros, and serves as an eCommerce subject matter expert for our clients. Kent is a seasoned eCommerce and Internet Marketing professional that has worked in the eCommerce industry for 13 years, with a strong background in technology and operations. Prior to joining Optaros, Kent was an eCommerce Strategist for ATG, one of the leading eCommerce platforms on the market, and enabled ATG customers to apply merchandising and marketing best practices in order to help them grow their online business. Previous to joining ATG, Kent was Director of eCommerce for Finish Line, a $1.5B multi-channel retailer, where he started their Direct-to-Consumer business in 2000 and was responsible for the P&L of the online business, as well as the growth of their corporate contact center. Over the course of the next seven years, he grew Finish Line's direct revenue to nearly $100M and helped establish multi-channel fulfillment strategies that are considered eCommerce best practices today. Before joining Finish Line, Kent was the Program Manager for Global eBusiness for the RCA & GE Consumer Electronics brands, under the Thomson Consumer Electronics umbrella in the Americas. While at Thomson, Kent launched several successful B2B programs and the RCA.com web site, all of which are still in use today.
